Island of Rab

The island of Rab is located in the north of the Adriatic Sea as part of the Kvarner archipelago. On the island there are 7 places: Lopar, Barbat, Banjol, Palit, Kampor, Mundanije and Supetarska Draga and the town of Rab. About 9 000 inhabitants live on Rab, which is engaged in tourism, agriculture, fishing and livestock farming. The locals have been engaged in organized tourism for more than 110 years. Many tourists visit this island because it is characterized by a pleasant climate that according to scientific research positively affects heart and respiratory diseases. A long tradition in tourism and the hospitality of the hosts enabled the provision of services at the highest level. The host atmosphere that is present on the island will allow you to feel like you are part of that community for many years.
